WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are the necessary terms and conditions for placing wholesale orders with D.O.G. Bakery

New customers must fill out a Wholesale Application and be approved before orders can be placed.  The application can be found on our website www.dogbakerywholesale.com .  Once approved, you will receive a personal login and password to begin ordering.

Minimum Orders: $50.00 Minimum to open an account. Reorder minimum is $35.00. All products must be ordered in “minimum quantity” increments.

Payment terms: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) required.

Orders: can be placed online (with a valid credit card) through this website www.dogbakerywholesale.com or you can call during business hours at 231-932-2045, whichever is most convenient.

* A complete list of treats available for purchase can be found on the website www.dogbakerywholesale.com . You must use your login and password for access.

Lead Time: 7 calendar days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Holidays are considered non-work days and will effect lead times.

  • Recommendation is that you place your orders before 2:00 pm EST on Monday for shipping the following Monday.

Freight: FedEx Ground. You will be responsible for those charges. We do not add handling charges. Arrangements for expedited freight can be made if necessary. Local customers may also choose to Pick Up their orders but lead times (described above) still apply.

Important Note:  Wholesale accounts are given at the discretion of D.O.G. Bakery management and may be revoked at any time.
